【 Your Impact and Responsibilities 】

• Sales & Service: Deliver world-class customer service while driving sales through expert product knowledge and cross-selling opportunities.
• Forex Operations: Process foreign exchange transactions accurately, provide real-time rates, and ensure all till operations (cash handling) are managed strictly within limits.
• Compliance & Risk: Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) practices, forex regulations, and airport authority policies to ensure a secure trading environment.
• Operational Excellence: Manage cash discrepancies through diligent investigation and maintain high store presentation standards.
• Team Collaboration: Support your colleagues to achieve team KPIs and complete all required technical training.

【 What We Look For 】

• Experience: Previous experience in Retail, Cash Handling, Currency Exchange, or Banking is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable using computer systems and specialized currency exchange platforms.
• Compliance Mindset: Basic knowledge of foreign exchange rates and a strong commitment to AML regulations.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is essential to serve our diverse international travelers.
• Attention to Detail: Proven ability to handle multi-currency transactions with high accuracy.

【 Work Arrangement & Shift Schedule 】

• Location: Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).
• Flexibility: Candidates must be able to work various shifts, including:
• Early Shift: 05:30 – 16:30
• Late Shift: 12:45 – 23:45
• Overnight Shift: 19:00 – 06:00
