• Support sales team(B2B)
• ERP system experience is preferable
• Proficiency in both English & Mandarin

Responsibilities
Execute supply chain processes, including but not limited to, order fulfilment, purchasing, logistics arrangement, invoice preparation, and shipping documentation
Monitor and manage inventory levels, analyze the sales data and forecast
Prepare various regular reports and analysis for management review

Requirements
Degree holder or above
At least 1years of working experience in sales administration or supply chain will be an advantage
Proficient in MS Office and Chinese work processing with enthusiasm to learn new applications
Experience in using an ERP system will be a plus
Good command of both English and Chinese languages
