Retail Operations Manager / ExecutiveSalary:
- Manager: HKD 40,000 x 13 (3–5 years’ experience)
Candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Retail Manager at HKD 35,000 x 13 - Retail Operation Executive: HKD 25,000–30,000 x 13
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Performance Management
- Analyze sales performance and drive achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Develop and implement action plans to maximize revenue and profitability
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities
- Compile weekly sales reports and conduct performance analysis
- Assist in setting and monitoring sales targets
Retail Operations Management
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory control and visual merchandising
- Ensure operational efficiency and excellent customer experience
- Provide operational and administrative support to retail stores and back-office teams
- Support new store openings, renovations, maintenance, and store closures
- Assist in optimizing retail operational processes
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, motivate, and coach frontline sales teams to maximize performance (Manager level)
- Provide training and ongoing development to enhance service standards
- Foster a positive and sales-driven team culture
Promotion & Visual Merchandising
- Plan and execute in-store promotional activities
- Ensure store displays align with brand image and VM guidelines
Inventory & Compliance Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment
- Prevent stock shortages or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Maintain a safe and secure retail environment
Customer Experience
- Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure high service standards aligned with luxury brand expectations
- Support frontline team in managing customer feedback
Communication & Reporting
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports to management
- Share product, customer, and market feedback with senior management
- Work closely with internal departments (procurement, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Retail Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of retail sales & operations experience in fashion/luxury retail for Manager level
- Minimum 3 years of relevant retail experience for Executive level
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets (Manager level preferably with multi-store experience)
- Strong business acumen and retail operations knowledge
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven, analytical, independent, and proactive
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and peak seasons
