Responsibilities:
- Manage and increase store traffic / capturing sales by developing and executing in-store display, retail design, demo experience and visual merchandising activities according to regional guidelines.
- Perform traffic and sales analysis to drive ROI efficiency. Lead weekly merchandising report, business performance and quarterly marketing plan.
- Understand the competitive landscape and trends in consumer buying behaviours and be able to develop appropriate responses and actions.
- Develops and delivers trainings to improve promoters / shop front salesman performance, conducting needs assessments, creating learning materials, and facilitating workshops.
- Reporting to Retail Lead and complete end to end retail fixture project from budgeting, installation & system reporting.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of working experience of product development, merchandising / retail operation
- Strong knowledge in PC, Laptop, Mobile or Electronic products is preferable
- Detail-oriented, hardworking and willing to walk around retail stores
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English
