Requirements:

• 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Be responsible for Macau consumer business, set and execute retail development strategies to achieve company’s objective in generating profit
• Able to monitor sales performance of centres to maximize revenue and productivity
• Able to monitor industry competitors and consumers’ trends, and apply best practices to enhance retail design, environment and in-store customer experience
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Effective leadership through rapport building and coaching
