Responsibilities:
  • Define and execute a comprehensive retail operations strategy aligned with overall business objectives
  • Lead and inspire a multi‑functional retail organization to consistently deliver revenue targets and operational excellence
  • Oversee multiple specialist teams covering areas such as retail training, visual standards, roadshow execution, and field force operations
  • Manage nationwide retail execution across consumer electronics categories including televisions, mobile devices, home appliances, and IT products
  • Take ownership of a large‑scale field force operation, managing and optimising a promoter network of approximately 300 staff
  • Drive financial planning activities including budgeting, sales forecasting, and full P&L accountability
  • Ensure effective planning and on‑ground execution of promotional events and roadshows
  • Establish performance management frameworks, providing ongoing coaching and development for retail leaders and frontline teams
  • Analyse sell‑out data, sales performance trends, and in‑store marketing effectiveness to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with clients to support long‑term business growth and partnership success

 


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in retail or channel operations, with a strong preference for consumer electronics, IT, mobile, or related sectors
  • At least 6 years in a senior leadership or people management capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex retail environments
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Commercially minded with solid financial and analytical skills
  • Self‑driven, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast‑paced and high‑pressure settings
  • Proven track record of problem‑solving and driving operational improvements
