Responsibilities:
Responsible for smooth and efficient service flow of the assigned section in the Restaurant.
Responsible for menu proposal requested by guests.
Check guests’ feedback during and after the meal. Report the feedback to Assistant Manager / Manager if necessary
Lead the set-up and clean-up of the Restaurant.
Train new staff members (buddy system) in accordance to established guidelines.
Inspect and maintain all operating equipment in good working condition and advise supervisor to raise repair and maintenance requests when necessary.
