Background

Our client, a renowned Japanese fine dining restaurant group, is now seeking a dynamic individual to lead the operation of their new Restaurant.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in the F&B industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role. Experience managing a Japanese fine dining restaurant, omakase, or kaiseki establishment in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred venue is preferable; however, not mandatory.

• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Japanese language proficiency is an advantage.

• Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.

• Strong P&L management capabilities.

• Proven track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences, managing VIP relationships, and leading a large service team.

• In-depth knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake and beverage pairing, omakase operations, and fine dining service standards.
