Background

Our client, a major F&B enterprise, is now seeking individual’s to lead the operation of their new restaurants. 

Requirements:

• Associate degree or Higher diploma in Business, or any F&B related discipline.
• 8 years of experience in the F&B industry. Experience managing restaurant in Hotels is preferable; however, not mandatory.
• Good command in written and spoken Cantonese and English.
• Excellent negotiation, pitching, and presentation skills.
• Strong P&L management capabilities.
