Job Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, proven experience in client acquisition and new business development.
- professional qualifications.
- Strong background in managing high-net-worth (HNW) client accounts with personalized service.
- Solid technical knowledge of consumer banking products, including Treasury, Equities, Funds, and Insurance.
- Excellent command of Mandarin/ Cantonese and English.
- Willing to base Singapore and work offshores or even HK.
Job Responsibilities:
Drive new business, referrals, and client acquisition while strengthening existing Priority Client relationships in line with service and compliance standards.
- Conduct professional financial analysis and needs-based consultations with clients.
- Build lasting relationships through regular market updates and tailored financial advice.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans with the PB team to achieve business targets.
- Engage in marketing, promotional, and prospecting activities for client acquisition.
- Deliver high-quality after-sales service, client retention, and anti-attrition efforts.
- Conduct group sales presentations and actively generate internal referrals.
- Ensure full adherence to AML and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders including Product Managers, STMs, and other internal partners.
