Our client is seeking a Relationship Manager / Telemarketing Executives to join their team.

Relationship Manager Responsibilities:

• Champion the one-stop personal banking services at branches
• Explore and develop long-term banking relationships with customers
• Identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services, including both products & services
• Appropriately map and provide relevant and suitable financial products & services to meet existing and prospective customers' needs, including but not limited to bank account opening, mortgage, credit card, personal loan, insurance and other banking products & services

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 1- 2 years' working experience in banking/ insurance industry
• Passes in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE1,2,3) and Hong Kong Securities & Investment Institute Licensing Examinations  (HKSI 1,7,8)
• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Less licenced will be consider Assistant Relationship Manager

Telemarketing Executives Responsibilities:

• Promote the bank’s loan products to new and existing customers with the purpose of generating business revenue to the Bank.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma holder preferably in business related discipline or equivalent
• 1 year's working experience in banking/sales/CS preferable .
• Relevant experience in sale s or customer services is an advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales target.
