Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for several leading retail banks across Hong Kong. We are seeking driven banking professionals—whether you are an existing Relationship Manager or an experienced retail banker (from customer service, branch operations, or support roles) looking to transition into an RM position. Candidates with diverse, multi-role backgrounds across retail banking are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage long-term relationships with retail banking clients to grow your portfolio.

• Provide professional advice on wealth management products, including investments, insurance, and deposit solutions.

• Identify cross-selling opportunities to achieve business targets.

• Ensure all sales and service activities meet internal bank standards and HKMA regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Solid retail banking experience (prior RM experience OR multi-role banking background keen to transition).

• Valid HKSI (1, 7, 8) and IIQE (1, 2, 3) licenses.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a goal-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
