Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of HNW individuals / SME clients by providing personalized financial and wealth management solutions.
• Identify clients' financial goals, risk appetite, and investment needs through regular portfolio reviews and financial planning discussions.
• Promote and advise clients on investment products, unit trusts, bonds, structured products, bancassurance, and deposit solutions.
• Acquire new-to-bank customers through referrals, networking, customer events, and business development activities.
• Achieve sales targets across Assets Under Management (AUM), revenue, investment, insurance, and lending products.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships to enhance client retention, satisfaction, and wallet share.
• Monitor clients' portfolios and provide timely market updates and investment recommendations.
• Collaborate with product specialists, investment advisors, mortgage teams, and service support units to deliver comprehensive banking solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, KYC, AML, and suitability guidelines.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve service issues promptly while maintaining a high standard of client experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking, Treasury Sales, or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance solutions, and financial markets.
• Relevant licensing qualifications
• Proven track record in client acquisition, portfolio management, and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
