The Relationship Management Trainee Program is an accelerated program lasting 12 to 15 months.

Program Introduction:

  • Fast track career: Candidates will begin as Consulting Associates and progress to the Assistant Manager level upon program completion

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships with both corporate and individual clients, and proactively engage in effective communication to understand their needs

  • Client Portfolio Management: Handle client portfolios across diverse industries, and develop strategic plans for both corporate and individual clients, focusing on retirement planning and employee benefits.

  • Tailored Solutions: Understand client requirements thoroughly to provide customized solutions.

  • Identify new business opportunities.

  • Analytical Skills and Financial Knowledge: Possess strong analytical abilities and demonstrate expertise in pension and financial products

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior managers, conduct client meetings, webinars, and conferences to deliver professional financial services to our valued clients

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 or higher

  • 1-3 years relative working experience, fresh graduate is also welcomed

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, dedicated and customer-oriented mindset

  • Strong computer skills
