Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Development: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients, pitching tailored recruitment solutions to secure new mandates and expand our service footprint.
  • Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from deep-diving into client hiring needs to designing comprehensive talent mapping strategies for hard-to-fill roles.
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain sustainable, high-trust partnerships with key accounts, acting as a strategic talent advisor rather than just a vendor.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct rigorous phone screenings and competency-based interviews to provide high-quality shortlists that exceed client expectations.
  • Market Insight & Reporting: Develop compelling job advertisements, professional candidate profiles, and detailed market assessment reports that demonstrate our firm's value.
  • Performance Excellence: Drive revenue growth by hitting and exceeding sales targets, ranging from individual permanent placements to large-scale talent acquisition projects.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using various channels and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet project timelines and achieve KPIs.

 

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven track record in a recruitment agency or executive search firm, with a demonstrable interest in or experience with Business Development.
  • Education: Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • Communication: Exceptional command of spoken and written English and Chinese; ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Sales Mindset: A hunger for business development, strong negotiation skills, and a clear focus on achieving commercial objectives.
  • Professional Attributes: Highly accountable, detail-oriented, and possess an outstanding service mentality.
  • You must be a "people person" who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Exposure to both Staffing and Permanent recruitment will be a big advantage.
  • Fluent spoken and written English, and Cantonese, Mandarin is an asset
  • Any previous exposure to the IT sector would be advantageous but not essential
