Responsibilities:
- Provide talent searching support and sourcing candidates from different channels
- Conduct interview, screening and evaluate the candidates
- Summarize the candidate's profile and provide comment or briefing to the line manager
- Understand the hiring needs and posting job advertisement
Requirements:
- Non-degree tertiary or above, in Human Resources Management is preferred
- With talent acquisition or recruitment experience preferred
- Energetic, responsible, detail minded, able to work multi-tasks and independently
- Fluent in oral and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Fresh graduates with excellent interpersonal and communication skills will also be considered
