Duties & Requirement of Receptionist:

  • Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as managing general email inquiries.
  • Filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing records.
  • Higher Diploma or Asso degree or above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good business etiquette and professional image.
  • At least 2 years exp. in reception/ customer service/ public relation

Duties & Requirement of Secretary:

  • Organizing meetings, booking rooms, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  •  Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
  • Bachelor Degree or above
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good business etiquette and professional image.
  • At least 3 years exp. in secretary/ personal assistant
