Duties & Requirement of Receptionist:
- Greeting, welcoming, and directing visitors to the appropriate person or office.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, as well as managing general email inquiries.
- Filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing records.
- Higher Diploma or Asso degree or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good business etiquette and professional image.
- At least 2 years exp. in reception/ customer service/ public relation
Duties & Requirement of Secretary:
- Organizing meetings, booking rooms, managing diaries, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Preparing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, and presentations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
- Bachelor Degree or above
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good business etiquette and professional image.
- At least 3 years exp. in secretary/ personal assistant
