- Outbound mails handling like consolidation and quantity counting
Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous reception services, including greeting visitors, registering incoming courier documents, and coordinating the meeting rooms bookings.
- Support inbound mails handling like opening and sorting, outbound mails handling like consolidation and quantity counting.
- Handle internal enquiries from employees and channel to the appropriate Subject Officer for further handling.
- Liaise with courier service providers for Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations and handle invoices verification before payment.
- Assist to perform other office administration duties, including but not limited to procuring office supplies and equipment through the e-Form platform, prepare monthly requisition forms as well as assist in drafting notices, memo or signages.
- Prepare checklists and maintain records for office inspection services as well as maintenance calendar of office equipment and facilities; arrange name plates, tea capsules and bread schedules.
- Provide support to the Line Manager for any ad hoc tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Diploma or above; Cantonese speaker;
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience in office administration & mailing room, preferably experience gained from insurance or banking industry;
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint is preferable;
- Possess valid first-aid certification is an advantage.

Working Time: Monday to Friday 0830 - 1800
