- High School qualification or above
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Previous experience working in sizeable company or MNC will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors, handle phone calls and answer customer enquires;
- Coordinate meetings, serve staff or guests in a professional manner;
- Arrange courier service, incoming and outgoing documents;
- Maintain reception desk, guest seating area, conference rooms and pantry neat and tidy;
- Provide administrative support for the department and business operations;
- Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School qualification or above;
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration;
- Previous experience working in sizeable company or MNC will be an advantage;
- Experience in administrative and clerical support will be an advantage;
- Presentable with strong communication skills;
- Pleasant, friendly and customer oriented;
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player;
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
