• High School qualification or above
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Previous experience working in sizeable company or MNC will be an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, handle phone calls and answer customer enquires;
  • Coordinate meetings, serve staff or guests in a professional manner;
  • Arrange courier service, incoming and outgoing documents;
  • Maintain reception desk, guest seating area, conference rooms and pantry neat and tidy;
  • Provide administrative support for the department and business operations;
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

  • High School qualification or above;
  • Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in reception, customer service or office administration;
  • Previous experience working in sizeable company or MNC will be an advantage;
  • Experience in administrative and clerical support will be an advantage;
  • Presentable with strong communication skills;
  • Pleasant, friendly and customer oriented;
  • Able to work independently as well as a good team player;
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
