• 1-2 years experience in receptionist / customer services

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general receptionist duties including greeting visitors, call forwarding and handling visitors' enquiries.
  • Provide daily operations and administration support to the Administration Department.
  • Handle courier services and managing distribution of incoming and outgoing mails with Office Assistant.
  • Manage meeting room and ensure smooth operations of the receptionist counter.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with tea ladies to serve visitors.

 

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years working experience in concierge / customer services / receptionist.
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, energetic, and service oriented.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

 

Work Location:

  • Lai Chi Kok / Central
