Duties:
- Greet visiting clients, partners, and senior management with a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a good first impression.
- Manage meeting room bookings and provide support for internal and external meetings
- Responsible for the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of office supplies and stationery to ensure sufficient office materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and aesthetics of the front desk and reception area to uphold the company's professional image.
- Assist with basic HR or financial tasks such as employee Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) declarations, insurance declarations, and travel ticket arrangements.
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- 1-3 years of relevant front desk or administrative work experience is required.
- Possesses a strong service-oriented mindset, approachable personality, and problem-solving skills, and is able to flexibly respond to emergencies.
