Responsibilities
- Act as the regulatory lead for new product launch, advising on formulas, ingredient selection, dosing, and permitted claims; flag and manage regulatory risks across Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China.
- Oversee packaging and labeling checks, including leaflets and required product information, ensuring full compliance with local standards.
- Review and approve marketing content across all touchpoints (online/offline, KOL, POS, retailer promotions) and support teams with compliant health claim wording.
- Track regulatory changes and keep internal guidelines, standards, and review processes up to date.
- Coordinate product registration/filings and maintain complete regulatory records (e.g., COA, GMP/ISO, stability, safety, clinical study documentation) with suppliers and relevant authorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Science, Food Science, or a related discipline; minimum 5 years’ experience in Regulatory Affairs / Product Compliance / Quality Systems.
- Strong familiarity with Hong Kong health supplement rules and key legislation (e.g., Cap.231, Cap.362, PHMSO).
- Excellent command of both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advantage: HK Registered Pharmacist; experience in health supplements / Chinese medicine / OTC / healthcare products; hands-on review of packaging and advertising; exposure to major retail chains or e-commerce platforms; China regulatory compliance experience.
