Company Overview We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveying professional to join our team in Kowloon to support ongoing building construction and E&M development projects.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee post-contract commercial operations, cost control, and financial reporting for building construction projects.
Manage interim valuations, payment responses, variation orders, and final accounts settlement.
Administer contractual claims, dispute resolutions, and contractual correspondence.
Supervise subcontracting procurement, tender evaluation, and post-award contract administration.
Liaise with client representatives, consultants, sub-contractors, and internal project teams to ensure cost efficiency and contractual compliance.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Higher Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Construction, or a related discipline.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant QS experience within Building Construction or E&M projects. Candidates with substantial experience will be considered for Senior Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Contracts Manager.
Contract Administration: Proven track record in post-contract management. Sound knowledge of standard construction contracts, contractual claims, and variation management is highly desirable.
Background: Prior experience with a Main Contractor is strongly preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
