The QC Inspector is tasked with verifying incoming components and conducting the inspection process in accordance with customer specifications. This role involves identifying potential issues, documenting them, and directing the product to the next stage of the verification process. The inspector will primarily focus on quality control items as necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Align incoming parts with purchase orders and customer specifications.
• Organize incoming inventory.
• Confirm that products meet data sheet requirements for verification.
• Enter product details into the receiving system.
• Manage non-conforming products per the quality management system.
• Label compliant products for packaging based on customer guidelines.
• Prepare stock for shipment.
• Complete inspection reports.
• Address and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist in supporting quality processes and procedures as required.

Job Requirements

• Over 2 years of inspection experience, preferably with electronic components.
• Proven experience in computer operations.
• Ability to adhere to all health and safety procedures/regulations as outlined by Rand and state laws.
• Proficiency with keyboards, processors, etc.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to read and write in English.
• Must successfully pass a drug screening and criminal background check prior to employment.
