Responsibilities:

  • To lead and supervise the Public Relations team to deliver Calls/Emails/Live Chats services in a timely, efficient and quality manner
  • Effectively coach and motivate team members and foster collaboration by recognizing positive attitude and behaviour
  • Ensure the team is fully equiped with all new information related to products, procedures, guest needs and company related issues, changes or actions
  • Provide performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma holder or above with minimum of 3 years’ experience in public relations/ operation/ customer service
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to drive performance management
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities and projects
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
