Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Marketing and Property teams on promotion campaigns
  • Check and approve self-earn invoices
  • Handle hotline enquiries and liaise with shop managers to resolve problem cases
  • Conduct shop briefings and collect invoice samples
  • Assist in monthly marketing activities and reporting
  • Support Visual Counter operations
  • Provide clerical and administrative support

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above
  • Minimum 2 years of solid experience in customer relations, marketing, or administration; exposure to property leasing/management is preferred
  • Experience in handling customer enquiries is an advantage
  • Well-organised, detail-minded, and self-motivated
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
  • Fresh graduates will be considered
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
