Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze project requirements from clients and internal stakeholders to develop clear project plans and deliverables.
- Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor procurement and purchasing processes to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress.
- Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
- Organize and lead project meetings, preparing agendas, minutes, and progress reports.
- Identify, manage, and resolve project issues, ensuring minimal impact on delivery.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in IT Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management; experience in event services or a related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
