Responsibilities:
  • Handle the end-to-end service transition process, from planning and execution to post-launch support.
  • Redefine and continuously enhance transition workflows, procedures, and governance models.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for service acceptance within the project delivery lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with IT project teams, portfolio managers, and system owners to define clear transition scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Partner closely with Operations teams to guarantee their readiness for new services, including support models, documentation, and controls.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT service management, IT operations, or project delivery.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of ITIL frameworks, service transition
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent transitions or projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • ITIL-relevant certification holder with proven experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
