• SaaS platforms such as CRM, HRMS, ERP, PMS & FMS
• Security risk assessment and audit, penetration test
• Track record of successful delivery of IT application development

Duties

• Work closely with business stakeholders to collect requirements, assess solution feasibility, and convert needs into functional and technical deliverables.
• Oversee and coordinate external vendors to ensure successful delivery of application projects across development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support stages.
• Provide expert-level application support by diagnosing issues, resolving incidents, and ensuring stable day-to-day system operations.
• Manage and maintain application documentation, including technical guides, SOPs, and user manuals, and conduct user training as required.
• Ensure applications meet security, regulatory, and compliance standards through regular reviews, audits, and risk assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in IT application delivery, including hands-on project and vendor management.
• Strongly experience in application security assessments, penetration testing, audits, and risk management.
• Proven capability to manage external vendors and service providers, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and application lifecycle knowledge.
• Strong business mindset with excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
