- Degree or above in Civil Engineering/ QS/ Architecture/ Building Construction Management
- At least 15 years’ of experience in Civil engineer project management
- Chartered Civil Engineer qualifications will be Advantage
- Strong communication and coordination with client side/ government departments
- Good command in English & Chinese
