Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with end users, internal teams, and vendors for project implementation.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate dictation, and prepare minutes.
  • Handle goods collection, delivery arrangements, storage, and documentation.
  • Maintain and update inventory records and asset tracking.
  • Support equipment disposal processes according to company guidelines.
  • Escort vendors during onsite work and ensure compliance with security rules.
  • Provide onsite support at customer or remote offices, including occasional non‑office‑hour tasks.

Requirements:

  • Experience handling end‑user inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience in project planning, budgeting, or execution is an advantage.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and willing to learn.
