Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of presentation material for business purposes
  • Provide support to the strategy team for desktop research, summarizing insights and internal communication
  • Work alongside all strategy activities and take ownership of projects/initiatives as required
  • Prepare and update regular reports
  • Assist in organizing internal meetings, conferences, events, and functions and prepare necessary meeting materials
  • Providing a full spectrum of secretarial and administrative support
  • Work closely with the internal department and external parties
  • Perform ad hoc duties and projects when required.    

 

Requirements

  • A recognized University Degree in Business disciplines
  • A minimum 2 years relevant experience providing administrative support to senior managers in project office or project management experience
  • Excellent skills in MS Office applications (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Has a passion for learning and working in a fast-changing environment
  • Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks
  • Energetic, good interpersonal skills, a quick learner and team player
  • Proficient in both written and spoken skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
