Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with OEMs to refine mechanical and electromechanical designs for high-volume production. 与 OEM 合作优化设计，以适应高产量生产。

• Define specifications, negotiate BOM/tooling costs, and manage project timelines. 编写技术规范，进行 BOM 和模具谈判，并监控进度。

• Act as the technical bridge between the USA office and China OEMs; resolve design and manufacturing issues.作为美国办公室与中国 OEM 之间的技术纽带。

• Develop CAD models and debug pilot samples to ensure performance meets requirements before mass production.负责 CAD 模型开发及 EP 样机调试，确保量产前性能达标。

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 机械工程本科。

• 3+ years in project/production engineering (Appliance or Juvenile products preferred).3 年以上相关经验（家电或母婴产品优先）。

• Proficiency in plastics (injection/extrusion), complex mechanisms (gears/motors/pumps), and basic CAD (Solidworks/Pro-E).精通塑胶设计、复杂机构（齿轮/电机/泵）及基础 CAD 软件。

• Knowledge of ISO standards or specific juvenile product safety regulations (e.g., ASTM, EN). 熟悉 ISO 标准或母婴产品安全法规（如 ASTM, EN）。

• Good in both English and Mandarin.优秀的英文和普通话演示与沟通能力。
