Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify local customer needs, preferences, and emerging trends for mobile applications and digital services.
• Identify local business opportunities for mobile applications; collaborate with local app and service vendors to ensure successful project launches on the app store or other business platforms.
• Define and prioritize technical requirements, project scope, and timelines aligned with local consumer behavior and business objectives.
• Develop and execute promotional plans and campaigns for app store services and applications to achieve revenue targets and other key performance indicators.
• Plan and manage the daily operations of the company's mobile app store and related services, ensuring high service levels and alignment with overall business goals.
• Support daily app store operations, including system maintenance, development, and content updates.
• Communicate with headquarters and provide operational reports to maintain the store, aligning company strategy with local operations.
• Collaborate closely with the device product marketing team and other internal stakeholders to support device sales and promotions.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile application development, mobile app services, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading mobile app projects.
• Strong programming skills for mobile apps, with a thorough understanding of the development lifecycle.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to work independently to deliver business results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Mobile gaming or other mobile content service experience is advantageous.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
