Responsibilities:

  • Ensure products comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures for products exported to different countries.

  • Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues for exported products.

  • Provide training to employees on compliance matters and the importance of adhering to regulations.

  • Monitor compliance activities and conduct audits to ensure timely adherence to policies.

  • Prepare and submit compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.

  • Investigate compliance violations and recommend corrective actions.

  • Act as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and manage communications regarding compliance issues.

  • Stay updated on changes in legislation and industry standards to enhance compliance programs.

  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure proper documentation is in place.



Requirements:

  • Higher diploma / Associate degree or above in any field

  • 2-3 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory affairs, preferably in consumer goods or manufacturing.

  • Strong understanding of local and international regulations related to product safety and compliance.
