Job Responsibilities:
- Global Exhibition Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning and execution of major global exhibitions, covering vendor sourcing, material production, logistics, and on-site supervision.
- Oversee production of all exhibition materials, demonstrating expertise in printing, materials, and international logistics standards.
- Manage booth construction and setup to ensure design accuracy, display quality, and functionality of lighting and AV systems.
- International Media & PR
- Build and maintain global media and KOL relationships in the battery, materials, and energy sectors.
- Develop and review PR content—press releases, media kits, and speeches—ensuring clear, consistent messaging across markets.
- Coordinate interviews, demos, and press events to drive media exposure at major exhibitions.
- Brand Communication & Content
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to turn complex technologies into impactful, audience-friendly stories.
- Ensure brand consistency across all exhibition materials and communications.
- Track and analyze ROI of exhibitions and PR efforts, optimizing strategies through data insights.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in PR, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.
- 5+ years in public relations, exhibition marketing, or event management.
- 3+ years of hands-on overseas exhibition experience from planning to on-site delivery.
- Strong knowledge of exhibition material production, printing methods, and logistics standards.
- Proven ability to manage booth construction and ensure design fidelity.
- Excellent English writing and editing skills for press releases, executive speeches, and media content.
- Background in batteries, energy storage, advanced materials, AI, tech or automotive is an advantage. Solid media relations experience: existing connections in the energy or tech sectors preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally frequently and adapt to work across different time zones.
