Responsibilities
- Provide personal support to the director, including managing personal errands, appointments, and family-related matters
- Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including work visas, flights, accommodations, and transportation
- Handle company correspondence, emails, phone calls, document filing and other administrative duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above; with at least 3 years of experience as personal assistant or secretary to senior management
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Immediate availability preferred
- Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
