Responsibilities

  • Provide personal support to the director, including managing personal errands, appointments, and family-related matters
  • Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including work visas, flights, accommodations, and transportation
  • Handle company correspondence, emails, phone calls, document filing and other administrative duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above; with at least 3 years of experience as personal assistant or secretary to senior management
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability preferred
  • Well versed in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
