Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and ensure timely scheduling.
- Handle email and communication follow-ups; draft and organize messages as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas if required).
- Prepare agendas, summaries, meeting notes, and required documents.
- Support with day-to-day administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the individual.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Assist with personal/admin tasks as assigned (errands, reminders, vendor coordination, etc.).
- Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
- Proven experience handling calendars, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information.
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail, Calendar).
