Key Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and ensure timely scheduling.
  • Handle email and communication follow-ups; draft and organize messages as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, itineraries, visas if required).
  • Prepare agendas, summaries, meeting notes, and required documents.
  • Support with day-to-day administration, documentation, and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external partners on behalf of the individual.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Assist with personal/admin tasks as assigned (errands, reminders, vendor coordination, etc.).
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure tasks are completed on time.
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant.
  • Proven experience handling calendars, scheduling, and coordination tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Outlook/Gmail, Calendar).
