Responsibilities
- Champion initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity in support of evolving business priorities.
- Build and execute people-related programmes that enhance employee performance, engagement, retention, and long-term organisational sustainability.
- Lead enterprise-wide improvement projects focused on simplifying workflows, increasing operational efficiency, and strengthening governance practices.
- Assess current operating models and recommend changes that improve collaboration, accountability, scalability, and resource utilisation.
- Guide leadership teams on workforce considerations related to growth, restructuring, business transformation, and capability development.
- Oversee the development of management frameworks that support performance, succession readiness, employee development, and talent mobility.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies, automation opportunities, and data-driven decision-making practices across people-related functions.
- Establish meaningful workforce metrics and management insights to support strategic planning and business decision making.
- Strengthen service delivery standards through process enhancement, policy review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead and develop a team of people professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and high performance.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure alignment between workforce priorities and commercial objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor on organisational effectiveness, change management, leadership challenges, and culture-related matters.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading broad people, organisational development, or business transformation functions within complex organisations.
- Demonstrated track record of driving large-scale change initiatives, operational improvements, or organisational effectiveness programmes.
- Experience implementing technology-enabled solutions, automation initiatives, or digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of organisational development, workforce planning, leadership effectiveness, and talent strategies.
- Proven ability to redesign processes, operating models, governance frameworks, or service delivery structures.
- Highly analytical with experience translating business and workforce data into actionable recommendations.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to balance people priorities with organisational objectives.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities across executive and operational levels.
- Able to operate effectively within dynamic, fast-moving, and evolving environments.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- Excellent English and Chinese communication skills.
