Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the success of the ERP solution delivery for payroll-related processes
  • Report to Senior Manager - Enlight and work closely with other subject matter experts to discuss the process design, seek process design decisions and report blockers where required 
  • Understand payroll-related functionalities and capabilities in new ERP solution. Provide insight on best practice on payroll-related processes
  • Understand the current payroll-related processes of the company, work closely with relevant stakeholders to define related business requirements and provide solutions to align different requirements and design of to-be process
  • Work closely with Technical Team to deliver to-be process which satisfies business requirements
  • Responsible for testing the to-be processes, develop user manuals, provide input to training materials and support change management where required to deploy the new ERP solution 

 

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in related disciplines
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience
  • Experience in implementing payroll solutions
  • Hands-on experience in SAP and Oracle
  • Knowledge and experience in the operation of payroll, provident funds and individual income tax
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work independently with a fast pace, as well as to exercise judgments and react to queries swiftly
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, knowledge in Power Automate and Power Query would be an added advantage
