Partner Sales Representative (1 year contract)

Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with existing partners, including responding to requests promptly, following up on communication issues, and enhancing partner satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate partner financial performance and execute partner incentive payouts.
- Monitor the implementation of partnerships with current collaborators, gather cooperation data (such as lead volume and conversion rates), produce regular operational reports, and propose optimization suggestions.
- Create and maintain the partner reporting system, which involves data consolidation, report generation, and progress monitoring, ensuring that submissions are timely and accurate.
- Support the sales team in organizing leads from current partners and assigning them accordingly.
- Process and support sales leads acquired from events.
- Assist in the partner program enhancement project, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and steer it towards its established objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in customer relationship management, channel operations, or internal coordination.
- Experience in partner management within the payment or e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused; adept at understanding partner and internal needs, and skilled at coordinating and resolving issues.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player, able to adapt quickly to team dynamics and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, proficiency in office software (Excel, PPT, Salesforce, etc.), and ability to independently complete data consolidation and report generation.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin.
