Job Details

  • Support sales team and provide comprehensive administrative support
  • Maintain sales report and database, prepare quotation and order acknowledgement
  • Assist in preparing quotations, tenders, contract, proposal and related sales documents
  • Manage confidential information with discretion while maintaining professionalism
  • Any other job duties as assigned by the supervisor

 

Requirement

  • Diploma holder in any discipline
  • At least 1-2 years’ working experience in Administration
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Engineering tender experience is an advantage
  • Used to work with ERP system and manage customer order is an advantage
  • Candidates working on a part-time basis will also be considered
  • Immediately Available highly preferred
