Job Duty:
• Calling customers (doctors, nurses, admin. staff) to follow up sales orders through phone calls
• Answering incoming calls from customers
• Provide information about product’s features, benefits and prices
• Meeting customers face-to-face whenever necessary
• Coordinating events together with sales team
• Influencing existing or potential customers to buy products or services.
• Keep records of calls and other useful information

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred
•With internship/working/project experience on healthcare industry is preferred
•With experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is preferred
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Good at MS excel, word, power point tools
•Be proactive and self-motivated
•Good problem-solving skill
Persistent and results-oriented
•Patient and able to handle customer rejection

 

Other Information:
• Location: Caseway Bay
• Contract period: On-going contract
• Working schedule: 5 days per week, every Mon to Fri (A.M or P.M)
