Responsibilities:

• Assist in advising public companies on a wide range of corporate and securities law matters
• Draft and review legal documents, including prospectuses, annual reports, and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations
• Support senior lawyers in the preparation and execution of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, and other corporate finance activities
• Participate in due diligence processes and prepare due diligence reports
• Liaise effectively with external clients, auditors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:

• Hong Kong or overseas qualified lawyer
• Relevant working experience in IPO transactions and advising on Listing Rules issues
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach
• Fluency in English and Mandarin are a pre-requisite, and the ability to speak Cantonese would be a strong preference
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary Range

• HKD 50,000 – 170,000 per month (depending on seniority)
