Our client, is a leading Chinese bank in Hong Kong, they are currently looking for Operations Assistant – Account Enquiry to join their team. 

 

Responsible

  • Work with the relevant operation teams and front offices on retrieval of all required account information, bank documents, transaction records and statements.
  • Prepare draft reply / cover letter for responding to regulators / originators.
  • Answer phone enquiries from regulators / originators about the progress / status of the respective cases.
  • Update customers’ account status and perform system maintenance in banking system.
  • Provide clerical support in account enquiry area, such as registration, filing and photocopying, etc

 

Experience Requirements:

  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form, with all levels of internal / external contacts and build effective working relationships with them.
  • Self-motivated, ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment.
  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism and attention to detail needed.
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.
  • Proficient computer knowledge in MS Office (Word & Excel)
