Our client – Global financial company, is now looking for Business Analyst within their team.
Work arrangement: Hybrid – 1-2 days WFH per week
Job Requirement:
- University graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 2-5 years of related work experience as Business Analyst
- Good to have any understanding of individual insurance products, operations and processes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amount of information with attention to details and accuracy ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Well organized and attentive to details, flexible with working hours
- Self-initiated and have a strong drive to learn
- Must be trilingual – Cantonese, Mandarin and English
Responsibility:
- Work collaboratively with business users and delivery teams to gather, validate, and document business requirements and develop recommendations and solutions that meet business and customer needs.
- Create UAT plans, define test data requirements and execute within the target timeline
- Identify and mitigate risk and raise any defects found during testing and escalate in accordance with set procedures to ensure resolution of issues
- Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system changes
- Provide project support to end users and assist on resolving the system issue
- Assist on ad-hoc requests and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
