Job Responsibilities:
- Design and implement SOP, operational workflows, protocol and systems to support business growth
- Manage administrative tasks including documentation, agreements, and internal coordination
- Liaise with internal departments, external partners, and service providers to ensure seamless operations
- Coordinate cross-team discussions and assist with execution of agreed actions and follow-ups
- Setup and implement seamless investor communication mechanism, procedures and systems
- Review and coordinate legal documents and agreements with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify areas for process improvement and help drive operational efficiency
- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to enhance productivity and streamline routine tasks
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder
- 5 years or more of experience in operations, administration, or business support
- Experience reviewing legal documents (e.g., contracts, agreements, compliance materials)
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Highly observant in spotting areas for improvements
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across departments and stakeholders
- Proactive, hands-on approach
- Keen to adopt AI tools to improve workflow and execution
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
