Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain the IoT system for consistent operation and minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections and evaluations to identify improvement opportunities and ensure optimal functionality.
- Develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) focusing on safety, efficiency, and sustainability.
- Research and propose innovative technologies to enhance performance and streamline maintenance processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement operational improvements for greater efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and sustainability goals, proactively addressing potential risks.
- Work closely with project teams, frontline staff, and external vendors to resolve technical challenges and achieve operational excellence.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year in IoT system operations, maintenance, or related fields.
- Familiarity with IoT systems and SOP development.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
- A valid driving license is preferred; knowledge of safety regulations, sustainability practices, and advanced technologies is a plus.
