 We're currently seeking an experienced professional to join the HSBC HR team as a Resourcing & Organizational Enablement Support


Key deliverables:

  • Working with managers to understand key resource requirements to ensure the development of resourcing strategies that meet both current and future organisational needs
  • Acting as the recruitment subject matter expert on employee resourcing strategies to provide innovative, cost effective and timely solutions.
  • Managing the overall recruitment process and pipeline to supply the resourcing demands in an efficient manner
  • Accountability of the overall onboarding and offboarding experience and ensuring smooth transitions for new joiners
  • Financial management related to resourcing, specifically budget setting and managing overall spend and accruals throughout the year
  • Main point of contact for Third Party Vendor Management related activities including the ownership of the third-party risk and engagement management.
  • Periodic and ad-hoc reconciliations of overall costs and headcounts
  • Analysis and reporting across various resourcing scenarios across the Asia Pacific team


Principal requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 2-3 years with relevant resourcing and recruitment matters
  • Experience with managing team budgets and financials
  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship and influencing skills and willingness and ability to proactively interact with staff at all levels
  • An understanding of diversity and how this impacts and connects with resourcing
  • Motivating and engaging the team and the whole organisation
