*Provide administrative and support to Team Manager (e.g case assignment and preparing MI etc)

* Administer staff onboarding and departure

* Maintain system and door accesses

* Organise team schedules, maintaining diaries and making appointment

* Manage, order and distribute office supplies

* Providing support and as point of contact for department with administrative matters

* Back up OA for managing document delivery and courier services

* Manage ad hoc projects and tasks

* Actively collaborates with other teams

* Submit fusions
